# Pawer

Pawer is SaaS software for animal protection associations and foster families. It includes a **public adoption website** (catalog + online applications, no account required) on **all plans, including Free**.

**On every plan:** animal records, remaining foster spots by species, adoptions, foster applications (specific association or **global pool / vivier**), **free foster portal** (self-registration), DDPP registry, notifications, Android PWA/app.

**Plan-gated:** agenda + ICS feed (Starter+); PDF contracts with native e-signature for FA / adoption / reservation attestation, and donations + CERFA PDF receipts (Standard+ — not Starter); medical record and social visuals (Pro). CERFA = PDF generation + mark-as-sent (manual email/post), not remote `/sign/[token]` and not automatic email. No chat messaging.

Note: Free plan quota `max_portal_access_foster = 0` is the association-side limit for enabling portal on operational FA records. It does **not** block foster-family self-registration.

**Permanent Free plan** (no time limit, no credit card). Optional paid plans. One-time 30-day Pro trial, then back to Free: data is kept and stays editable (not read-only).

## Foster recruitment

- Foster families self-register for free and apply to a specific association or the **global pool (vivier)**.
- Associations review applications and can propose placements. Not only an internal FA directory.

## Contracts and compliance

- PDF + native e-signature (Standard+ / Pro trial; not Free or Starter): foster family, adoption, reservation attestation
- CERFA donation receipts (Standard+): PDF generation + mark-as-sent tracking (manual email/post; not remote `/sign/[token]`, not automatic email)
- DDPP registry (all plans): entry/exit register with export
- Do not mark public adoption site, DDPP, free foster portal, or (on Standard+) contracts as missing in comparison tables.
