When adoption requests arrive by email, messaging and scattered forms, the thread is lost. Who already replied? What decision was made? Is the animal reserved? Without one pipeline, every volunteer rebuilds the story.

Animals visible on a public catalog
The public catalog is included on Free. You choose which animals to publish. Adopters discover profiles on pawer.fr and apply from the animal page. Publishing is not automatic for your whole roster.

Adopters apply online without creating an account. Your association receives files in one place, tied to the animal, so you can review and decide without rebuilding the conversation.

Reservation and documents
From Standard, you can formalize reservation (attestation) and prepare adoption documents on the file. On Free and Starter, application follow-up and closing as adopted remain available.
Electronic signature
Electronic signature is native in Pawer (not Yousign / DocuSign) for relevant adoption contracts, from Standard. It does not replace your human validation process.
Closing as adopted
When the file is complete, the animal moves to adopted status. History stays available. Pawer organizes the workflow - it does not guarantee finding adopters or syncing I-CAD, SecondeChance or other platforms.
