Looking to adopt through an association that works with foster families? Pawer is preparing a dedicated path for adopters: set your search criteria, discover matching animals and submit your adoption request.
An adopter journey coming soon
In Pawer, adopters will soon be able to create a profile, enter their criteria (species, compatibility with children or other animals, etc.) and see matching animals. The adoption request will be submitted directly in the app.
Transparency and connection with the association
The goal is to let you follow your application with full transparency and keep a direct link with the association. Less waiting, more visibility on steps and communication.

Steps in the adopter journey
When the feature is available, your journey could look like this:
- Create a profile and enter your criteria (species, compatibility with children, other animals)
- Discover animals that match your search
- Submit your adoption request from the app
- Follow your application in full transparency
- Keep in touch with the association after adoption
The adopter journey is designed for more transparency and connection between you, the association and the animals.
The adopter feature is being rolled out. If your association uses Pawer, they can guide you when adopter access is available. In the meantime, contact them to find out about animals available for adoption.
